IMMO Capital offer a pioneering way to invest in residential real estate. They use data, technology and AI for a next-gen approach to underwriting homes into large portfolios of rental income. The company manages all stages of the value chain from sourcing, acquisition, portfolio management to lettings.

The company is located in London, Hamburg and New Delhi. Founded in 2017, the company has grown to a team of more than 50 people.



Having secured a large amount of funding, IMMO had the means it needed to reposition itself with its target audience. However, the brand’s existing visual identity wasn’t resonating with the institutional and family offices with large portfolios which the company wanted to target. Nor was it conveying the company’s tech-driven approach effectively.\
\
A more cohesive experience across its website with a focus on UX copy and visuals was needed to capture the attention of the desired demographic. The team also wanted BB to ensure the website was more flexible on the backend to improve their site management.

We refreshed IMMO Capital’s branding with an updated logo and new visual identity. A new website environment with information architecture derived from our CX research and content strategy helped to shift the focus towards real estate investors. We also built a bespoke, systemic, and easy-to-use CMS platform using Wordpress.

﻿Social apps are changing rapidly. Really rapidly.

Here are a few of my predictions as to how social apps will continue to evolve in 2021.

* **There will be more censorship (ie: Twitter) and less censorship (ie: [Parler](https://www.wired.com/story/parler-app-free-speech-influencers/))**

[Parler](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/parler/id1402727988) is like Twitter but with zero censorship. It's the Mecca for the deplatformed, the Rome for the cancelled. It's been consistently a [top 5 ](https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-54873800)app over the last few weeks. As more and more people get deplatformed, they will naturally look for new places to express themselves. This truly is the Wild West of social media.

Twitter and Facebook have gone in the other direction, towards censorship. We can expect to see even more of that — this is just the large social incumbents growing up from an untamed teen to a grown adult.
